• minimum stay:
  • Zimmer: 4 Nächte
  • Ferienwohnungen: 5 Nächte
• For short stays, we charge a 20% surcharge on the apartment price.
• Haustiere sind auf Anfrage in einigen Wohnungen gestattet. In den Zimmern sind keine Haustiere erlaubt. Pro Haustier und Aufenthalt werden 80 Euro berechnet.

• Additional guests can sleep on the high-quality sofa beds and/or extra beds for 30 euros.
• Extra bed for children up to 6 years is free of charge. For children up to 12 years we charge half price.
• Baby beds and high chairs are available upon request.

• Vorort: bei Anreise in Bar oder mit EC-/Kreditkarte.

• Check in: 15:00 to 18:00. If you plan to arrive after 18:00, please let us know by phone or by e-mail.
• Check out: Please vacate your apartment by 10:00 at the latest.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

• Cancellation up to 31st day before arrival: free of charge
• Cancellation up to the 21st day before arrival: 20 % of the agreed total price
• Cancellation up to the 11th day before arrival: 40 % of the agreed total price
• Cancellation up to the 3rd day before arrival: 50% of the agreed total price
• Cancellation less than 3 days before arrival: 80% of the agreed total price

All reservations and cancellations require written confirmation.
